HISTORY OF THE POZITIVELY FINER FOUNDATION

The POZitively Finer Foundation is a nonprofit organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, established and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. The Foundation awards scholarships to students residing in the Western Prince William County area, including Manassas, Manassas Park, Bristow, Gainesville, Haymarket, and Nokesville. Among its scholarship initiatives is the Pearlz of Zeta Scholarship, inspired by the five founders (“Pearls”) of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.—Arizona Cleaver Stemons, Pearl Anna Neal, Myrtle Tyler Faithful, Viola Tyler Goings, and Fannie Pettie Watts. In addition, the Foundation supports the community through charitable initiatives, including the donation of goods and volunteer service to local charitable organizations.
